What data we collect
We only collect the data you submit yourself through our inquiry form: name, e-mail address and, optionally, company name, phone number, product and the content of your message. For technical reasons (spam prevention) we also record the IP address and time of the inquiry.
How we use the data
We use the data solely to reply to your inquiry and prepare a quotation. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries. The data is not used for marketing or profiling.
How long we keep the data
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to handle them and to formalise possible cooperation, but no longer than 2 years from submission.
Who we share the data with
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. To receive and deliver inquiries we use trusted service providers (web hosting in the European Union and an e-mail delivery service) that process data on our behalf under a contract.
Cookies
This website uses only one functional cookie, which remembers your language preference. We use no analytics or marketing cookies. The site's fonts are loaded from the Google Fonts service, in the course of which your IP address is transmitted to Google.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, request its correction or erasure, restrict processing and object to processing. To do so, write to info@arcstone.ee. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
